At Z-MARKET OÜ, we offer the option to manufacture wood products precisely according to your project requirements.

Custom cutting means that decking boards, facade boards, finishing boards, and substructure timber can be produced in individual dimensions tailored to your construction project. This option is ideal for custom terrace projects, facade solutions, renovations, projects with specific dimensional requirements, and commercial or private construction projects.

Our goal is to provide precisely manufactured products that ensure efficient installation and a high-quality final result.

Available Materials

We offer a wide range of standard and custom dimensions for our Siberian larch products.

Birch plywood — various grades and thicknesses available
Siberian larch — smooth, grooved, or other profiles upon request
Structural timber — beam and batten sizes to customer specification

Thickness Options

Thicknesses are adjustable depending on product type. Possible customisations include: lengths to customer requirements, various profile widths, and profiles in smooth, grooved, or other finishes upon request.

Board & Sheet Dimensions

Typical standard lengths range between 1.0 m and 6.0 m. Custom lengths outside this range are available upon request. Our team will be happy to assist you in selecting the optimal dimensions for your project.

Minimum Order Quantities

Custom-made products require minimum order quantities, as they are produced specifically for your order. The minimum order quantity for custom products is 30 m³. For special profiles or unusual dimensions, additional technical coordination may be required. For larger projects, we are happy to prepare an individual offer and advise you on optimal order planning.

Lead Times for Custom Orders

Lead times depend on order volume, specifications, and production capacity. Typical estimates: standard custom dimensions 3–6 weeks production time, large orders upon agreement, delivery to warehouse in Germany 2–3 weeks after dispatch. Exact delivery times will always be confirmed in your quotation. We will inform you early about production and delivery schedules to ensure reliable project planning.
