Delivery Overview

At Z-MARKET OÜ, we ensure reliable and well-organised delivery of your orders. Our goal is to deliver your goods safely, on time, and in perfect condition to your desired location.

We deliver to:

Companies and commercial customers
Construction sites
Warehouse locations
Private addresses and residential properties

Delivery is carried out either directly from the production site, or upon request from our warehouse in Germany (additional cost applies). Goods are typically transported by truck directly to the specified delivery address.

Production & Delivery Times

Production and delivery times depend on several factors, including product type, order volume, and required dimensions.

Typical timeframes:

Standard products: approx. 3–4 weeks production time
Custom-made products: approx. 3–6 weeks production time
Delivery to warehouse in Germany: approx. 2–3 weeks after dispatch

The exact delivery time will be confirmed in your individual quotation.

We will inform you in advance about the shipment schedule and provide all necessary delivery details.

Freight & Transport

Our deliveries are primarily carried out via truck transport specifically suited for timber products.

Important delivery notes:

Unloading is usually handled by the customer on-site
For private deliveries, unloading is typically carried out at the curbside
Please ensure that the delivery location is accessible for trucks
Narrow roads or restricted access must be communicated in advance
Additional unloading options (e.g. truck-mounted forklift) can be arranged upon request

Our logistics partners ensure safe transportation and proper securing of all goods.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated individually and depend on:

Order volume (m³)
Product dimensions
Delivery address
Type of transport
Shipping from production site or warehouse in Germany

Deliveries to private addresses may incur additional costs depending on accessibility.

You will receive a full quotation including all transport costs before order confirmation.

There are no hidden charges.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your delivery arrives damaged or does not match your order, please inform us immediately.

Please follow these steps:

Inspect the goods upon delivery
Document any visible damage with photos
Note any damage on the delivery note
Inform us within 48 hours after delivery

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
