How Our Pricing Works
At Z-MARKET OÜ, we are committed to transparent and fair pricing. Our pricing structure is based on several factors to ensure that you receive exactly the products you need at a competitive price.
The main pricing factors include:
- Product type (decking boards, facade boards, substructure timber, etc.)
- Wood quality (grading)
- Dimensions
- Order quantity
- Delivery location within Germany
For each project, we prepare an individual quotation tailored to your specific requirements.
Volume Discounts
We offer attractive discounts for larger order volumes.
10% discount on all orders over 30 m³
For particularly large projects, we are happy to prepare a customised offer. Please contact us for personal consultation.
Material Qualities & Specifications
We supply high-quality products made from Siberian larch, known for its excellent durability and natural resistance.
Our available grades include:
- A/B grade – high-quality appearance with few knots
- B/C grade – cost-effective solution with a natural look
- C grade – robust and economical option for technical applications
All products are carefully processed and comply with standard European quality requirements.
Upon request, we provide technical datasheets and detailed information on moisture content, profiles, and surface finishing.
Custom Dimensions
We offer flexible production options for custom dimensions.
Customers can order products with individual lengths, widths, thicknesses, and profiles.
Please note that for custom-made products, minimum order quantities may apply and delivery times may vary slightly.
Our team will be happy to assist you in selecting the optimal dimensions for your project.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are determined based on the order volume.
For larger orders (over 30 m³), the following standard terms typically apply:
- 30% advance payment upon order confirmation
- 70% final payment before shipment
For smaller orders, payment terms are agreed individually.
For long-term partners or larger projects, flexible payment arrangements can also be offered upon request.
All prices are quoted excluding VAT (if applicable).
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer (SEPA)
- International bank transfer (SWIFT)
- Other payment methods may be arranged for business customers upon request.
All payment details are provided in the proforma invoice.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated individually and depend on:
- Order volume (m³)
- Product type
- Delivery address within Germany
- Type of transport (standard or express)
We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Upon request, we can deliver goods directly from our warehouse in Germany to your address for an additional fee.
We can also provide a complete quotation including transport costs to your delivery address.
Deliveries are typically carried out by truck directly to the construction site or warehouse.
